- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went today to pay a balance I owed that was $400.00 dollars. I handed them a $15000.00 dollar check to fix the account and to cash the check. They would not take the money to pay the account or cash the check. I was turned away, they didn't take the money or cash the check to fix the account. This is the most insane thing I have ever heard of. They are rude, inconsiderate and obviously don't care about there customers. I will be paying the amount owed to them but I will never bank there again and I am letting everyone know they don't take care of there customers. Go somewhere else.By Mary Storz, September 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I guess I have to give a star? Anyways I went in Wednesday morning around 10am. I told them I lost my debit card and needed a new one. They said it would be ready by the afternoon on Thursday. I didn't hear from anyone from the bank and I get off after the bank closes. I go back Friday still nothing. It is now Sunday and I have no access to my bank or money. This is horrible service. I have been without money since Thursday. Thanks New Era Bank. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommended this bank. I can't believe you guys replaced commerce bank. They were 1,000,000 times better.By Brandon Pruneau, April 06, 2017
